Accessibility statement
We want every patient to be able to learn about their hip and request care, whatever their ability or the technology they use.
Effective October 14, 2026
Our standard
This website is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard required for healthcare providers under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and we work toward WCAG 2.2 AA.
Accessibility features
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a Skip to content link.
- Pages are structured with headings and landmarks for screen readers.
- Text and controls meet AA color-contrast requirements.
- A Pause animations button on every page stops moving content, and animations are reduced automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Images have text alternatives, and the interactive body map and diagrams have text versions of the same information.
- The appointment form has labeled fields and clear error messages, and you can always call (713) 555-0168 instead.
Known limitations
The animated portrait and scrolling scenes on the home page are decorative. All of their information is also available as text on our treatment and hip pain pages. If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us and we will help right away.
Help in the office
We provide free auxiliary aids and services, such as qualified sign language interpreters, written information in large print or other formats, and accessible exam rooms. Let us know what you need when you book. See our nondiscrimination and language assistance notice.
Report a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of this website, contact us and include the page address and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days and will provide the information you need in another way in the meantime.
